Job Title: Service Technician - Hospitality, Coin Ops, & Commercial Laundry.
Location: Arizona (Statewide Travel Required).

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and the willingness to travel across Arizona to meet our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair equipment in hospitality, coin-op, and commercial laundry industries.
- Travel statewide to service equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers, addressing any service concerns or requests.
- Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting for a variety of equipment types.
- Complete necessary documentation, including service reports and inventory logs.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude is a must (experience with machinery, repairs, or troubleshooting is preferred).
- Prior experience in the hospitality, coin-op, or commercial laundry industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when necessary.
- Must be willing to travel throughout the state of Arizona and stay overnight as needed.
